Pratunam market Khon Kaen is the largest textile market in the province. It is often labeled as a wholesale market but there is actually a lot of detail sales. There are also other businesses including several car tuning and accessories shops, an electronics store, a hotel, food centers and the adjacent water park. The market can be very hot and crowded though the Corona crisis has left it's mark on occupancy. Nonetheless a visit is recommended for anyone shopping inexpensive textiles.

I liked this place! Finally, a place where foreigners can buy clothes that fit. This market is awesome and has alot of decent quality clothes at very good prices. Yes you can find XXL and XXXL shirts, pants and the like for us not so tiny and slim foreigners. Big market...big assortment...big sizes...5 stars.

The majority of units were closed; whether due to Covid 19 or my visiting day being a bank holiday, I don't know. Generally, it's predominately a clothes market, with most outlets selling the same cheap (and nasty) produce. Go here, if you're passing or at a loose end...

The wholesale market is NOT what it is supposedly to be. Maybe because of Covid, many shops are now vacant....looks sad. However there are still shops open and is enough to walk around. You can find formal wear to casual, beach wear to inner wears, native Thai textiles, handbags, shoes and beddings etc. There is even a gold shop here. There are also some food and drink stalls to cater for the hungry and thirsty. I hope this market can grow back to its former glory.

This place is HUGE... You could spend Hours walking around... Some stores are wholesale only, but it was fun looking at all the clothing for sale... There are some stores that sell other products too

Don't forget to visit this market and buy stuff for souvenir, buy wholesale is cheaper than a piece. Bargain is good for you to save money. Anyway you should take some Thai friend shopping with you, otherwise ....

One of the biggest clothing etc markets in Bangkok and spills the the nearby shops too. Bobo markets is also a big clothing market about 20/25mins away. But it's mainly casual clothes like jeans & T-shirts etc.

The varities are endless and cheap but most of these items are not A-grades althought they are good enough fir the price. Its a market for everyone. There might be a little parking issue to the population that visits everyday.
